WDYT of Sharon and Sophie for twin girls? I love both names, but some people think Sharon is very dated. WDYT of Sharon MN Rose and Sophie MN Diane? Is there anything else you can think of? Thanks.

I like Sophie, I am not too fond of Sharon though, I prefer Shannon

I'm kind of shaky when it comes to creating a nice pair of twin names without being really matchy. I think Sharon is a very mature name and although it is a good name it is awfully dated so I would eliminate that one, Sophie and Rose are favorites of mine, Diane is a little mature aswell. Hope you have luck coming up with the perfect names!

Sharon, honestly, does seem very dated to me. I can't quite picture it on a little girl.

Sophie is cute, though I much prefer Sofia (the sp. I prefer, though I like Sophia, too).

Sophie Diane & Sharon Rose make nice combos, though, I think they go well together.

Sophie Diane is perfect; do not change one thing about it.

Sharon is a wonderful name. I don't like Rose as a mn because the "rose of sharon" image is too obvious. Plus, in "The Grapes of Wrath" the character Rose of Sharon's name was pronounced something like "Rosa-Sharn," and now I can't get that out of my head. How about Sharon Eve, Sharon Tess, Sharon Kate?

I'm not crazy about siblings sharing the same first initial. But here they have a different sound so I suppose it's not that bad.

Honestly I like them better reversed. Sophie Rose and Sharon Diane. Very cute! But, I think I like Sharon Diane better. (Also LOVE Sharon Rose)

I really love Sophie, but I agree about Sharon being outdated. Maybe Shannon is more up to date. However, Sharon Rose & Sophie Diane work well together in that sense.

I think that Sharon is very dated,on a young girl it wouldn't seem right to me. I don't mind Sophie,but I prefer Sophia, and Sophia Rose.
If you're looking for twin girl names I think Lexie and Lilly would make a nice sibset :]
