I do like it, but only as a nickname for a longer, more 'grown-up' Cor- name. I think that - if it's not just an affectionate form of address, but the complete name - it sounds fey/effete on a grown man, and childish/shallow on a grown woman. It stands in as a casual form of a name like Cornelius or Cordelia or Corinne or Corbin nicely, though. - chazda
