[Opinions] WDYTO Deanna?
Replies
I think it's a pretty name. I have friend named Deanna she is the only one I know.
It sounds very Southern to me, but since I come from Scotland and have never been to the Southern USA, I'd take that with a pinch of salt! I think the sound is quite attractive. It's more down-to-earth than Diana, which has been a bit spoilt for me by the ongoing media obsession in this country with Princess Di.
Edited to add: Nope, I don't know a single Deanna.

It's kind of cute, but I'd never use it. I know two Deannas, both are in their thirties but tend to dress and act much younger, and talk in little-girl squealy voices.

It's pretty. The youngest one I know of is 15 and I thought it was very unusual for her time when she was born. It seems to be an older name.
