Congratulations Palo Family! You have adopted Petia Yuliana! Petia is 14 years old and she is from Bulgaria. She speaks English, but not very much of it. Petia likes to shop for clothes and looks good in just about anything. Petia can't wait to meet her older brothers and younger sisters. We hope you enjoy your new daughter!
Also, yes, Victoria, Charlotte, and Emma don't have to have nicknames.
