I saw Sebastiana in a name book today and rather liked the sound of it. I have loved Sebastian for a long time and wished there was a pretty feminine form. I only had heard of Sebastienne or Sebastiane and didn't really like it but I think Sebastiana is really pretty.

So WDYT of Sebastiana, and what middle names would you pair with it?
