Love it! It's a handsome, wonderfully eccentric, and a very sophistocated name with a lovely magical feel to it. I actually prefer it to Gavin (though Gavin is nice enough, to). I have thing for "Knights of the Round Table" names :-)

Lol, me too. I love and would actually consider using Gawain, Kay, Arthur, Gareth, Tristan, Mark and Owain as first names. =) Lancelot and Percival (or Peredur) I really like too but I'd either use them as middle names or just keep them as guilty pleasures. Neither seem like they'd really suit a child somehow.
