I'd go with Philippa, Pippa for short.

Much prefer Poppy. Don't like Pippa at all and I think Poppy fits better anyway.

Pippa, short for Philippa, I like much better. Poppy is too cute and doesn't sound 'old fashioned' enough to me.

Poppy. Pippa's cute but less substantial than Poppy. And flower names were extremely popular during that time, too, but Poppy was a less usual choice (just as it is today).
