I know some of these are pretty out there, but I think anything that mixes up the letters would work.

I like Cina, but I think I might say it SIN-a, kind of like Sidda (who was Siddalee) in Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood. With that in mind, I'm also intrigued by Yaya! Thanks!
