I find it amusing that people like this as a real name. In Miley Cyrus' case, it's a nickname derived from another nickname ("Smiley"). I somewhat like Maile, but Miley just looks incredibly cutesy and saccharine to me, especially knowing where it came from. Myleigh looks even worse.

I dislike Miley/Myleigh because they sound like smiley to me, which, though it isn't a bad thing, isnt' something I'd want to name my kid. If you were going to use it, I would suggest only on a girl and using Miles on a boy, though not in the same family!

It's a lovely name, but I much prefer the spelling Maile, which is the original spelling. Miley is ok, but Myleigh is just trendy and terrible, sorry. I first heard the name in an Elvis Presley movie called "Blue Hawaii". I like the following combos:

I think Miley is cute, but trendy, even though it's not that popular. The Myleigh spelling makes it even trendier. It's in a category with Kylie, Kaylee, etc.
