Elizabeth - I've known some Elizabeths who have gone by Elizabeth. Liz seems to be the most common nickname for teens and young adults. I also know of one who goes by Biz and another who goes by Dizzy.
Katharine/Katherine/Kathryn/Catherine - Most of the babies and teens whom I know of go by Katie. I don't hear the nn Kaye used for teens and children named Katherine, Kathryn, etc.
Julia - I have heard of little girls still being called Julie, so it seems like Julie and Julia are both still common.
Julianna - I don't know of any babies - teens with this name, but I do know of an adult named Julianna. She goes by Julie.
Olivia - It seems like most go by Olivia. Some are called Liv and Livvy though. I have a toddler cousin named Olivia who lives out of state. As far as I know, she doesn't have a nickname.
