1. Me personally? Yes, because when I see Louisa I think and say Z. When I see Luisa I think and say S.
2. Not at all. I wouldn't name a daughter Luisa Teresa but I don't think Luisa is so terribly similar to Teresa that they can't be members of the same family.
3. I prefer Lucia. I like Louisa and Luisa, just not as much as Lucia.
4. How 'bout: Marisol, Jasmine, Blythe, Rachel, Grace, Gretchen, Miriam, Isadora, Hyacinth, Danielle, Simone, Nicolette, Caroline, Francesca, Paulette, Chloe
