Message: "Rupert" - Behind the Name

What does everyone think of the name Rupert? Im sort of indecisive. I think that it looks nice written but im not sure about it out loud.
Anyways, my sim was having a baby and i read a list of names, Pierre picked out Zoran and Lucinda, the baby had blonde hair and Pierre decided that Rupert was nicer.

What would be some nice siblings for Rupert & Lucinda?
Middle name suggestions? Parents are Zeke & Trista.
