I have known to people named Olivia, one went by Olivia the other went by Liv.

Olivia (23) who goes by her fn.
Olivia (3) her Dad calls her Livy.

I know two Olivia's (one about 12 the other 5) and both go by their full name. My DD's MN is Olivia and we use it quite often and always with no nn. :)

most of the olivias i know are called usually Olivia most of the time but when saying something quick you might say "Liv."

I know one adult Olivia and know of several young Olivias (children of friends of friends). All go by Olivia.
