Hekate - I like it again, like the spelling better, nn maybe "

Katie" ...could be used unisex

Teri" ...feminine
Hekas - "Kassie or Kas" ...feminine
Hekos - "Kos" ...masculine
Aikaterine - "
Kaia,
Kate, Kaita,
Katie, Kaitie, Teri...etc." ...could be unisex... i think its more feminine though.
Aikia - "
Kia" ...could be unisex, more fem.
Katharos - could be unisex more male.
Hekateros - male?
Katerina -
Katrina? close...
Katrina, fem.
Katharina - fem. love it!
Katerine - love it! fem.
Catherine - love it! ...variant of
Katherine?
Siena - absolutely lovely!
Siena is a small town in Italy, it's beautiful!
