[Opinions] Amy Isabel
In the uk a 36 year old woman Grace Davidson was born without a womb. Two years ago (2023) Grace’s older sister Amy (then aged 40 and a mother of two) donated her womb to Grace. On February 27th this year Grace and her husband Angus welcomed a baby girl who they named Amy Isabel. Amy weighed in at 4.5lb or 2.06kg. WDYT of Amy Isabel?

I like the name! I wouldn't use it myself, but it has a nice ring. Simple and sweet.
I like it even more because Isabel was the name of the surgeon.
Double honoring, that's lovely!
What a spectacular story. I've never enjoyed Amy as a name - associate it with my mother's boss for 20+ years - but in the circumstances it was the obvious and only choice. I like Isabel, though I do prefer Isobel, and the combination is good.
I love Amy, not that crazy about Isabel.
Very pretty, though in my opinion, I think Isabel Amy flows better
Amy was my mom's name, so I've been thinking about it a lot as a middle name and occasionally as a first name. Amy Isabel is very sweet.
Really pretty.
