I like the 1860's drama of Lorena. It's got a haunting wistfulness to it that I enjoy. I might pair it with another "Southern romantic" type name, like...

Lorna feels more harsh, but I do love that "orna" part. And it has a fun association with its use in Over the Garden Wall.
It's very cheesy, but Lorna June is super cute to me. I also like Lorna Ruby. And Lorna Francine. Ok, I love Lorna, you talked me into it.
