I found this:

It's a list of the most popular names per decade and a list of surnames. Unfortunately it's not in English. Is this data usable?

I don't think so, because these names are divided into decades e.g. 1980s instead of separate years. Also they are top 5, not 10.

Page 221 and onwards has them by birth year.

I agree. I don't think a top 5 is enough.
