I have always thought Sophia to be very elegant, but I’m bored with the name Sophie. I know way too many. Funnily enough many have a sister named Isabel!
I’ve seen Fifi & Fia used as nickname Sophia.
Alternatives could be Safiya, Athena, Ophelia, Xanthe, Sylvia “Sylvie”, Fiona, Seraphine and Aviva
