Help[Test] Why don't user submitted names show up in the randomizer and name lists?
It seems unnecessarily restrictive, seeing as people are going to be using them and going to them for variety. I don't see why every name can't show up in them. If you wanted to be extra sure no joke names got added than a single verification mark should do the trick.

This would be a good project for the future but it's not simple, since the data lives in two different table spaces.
