Israella Esther - IE are my initials too! I like that they are both vowels plus it a very pretty combo
Israella Rivka - I know you said preferable no Ah or A, and the combo doesn’t flow, but Rivka is too nice not to mention
Israella Mai - my personal favourite, and the meaning “plum/apricot” is cute
