Israella Esther - IE are my initials too! I like that they are both vowels plus it a very pretty combo
Israella Rivka - I know you said preferable no Ah or A, and the combo doesn’t flow, but Rivka is too nice not to mention

Thank you! People rarely compliment my first name after I changed it (to Israella)
Israella Rivka is also a useable variant especially considering I have a great-grandparent with that name
