I know some Chinese and was able to find the National Name Reports for 2021, 2020 and 2019:

• 2019: https://www.mps.gov.cn/n2254314/n6409334/c6874817/content.html
They contain lists of the most common surnames and given names, as well as some other information like regional name trends. Hope this helps!
