Help[Test] About the Discussion tab on user-submitted names
Currently, the Discussion tab is only visible to names I've submitted and not on names I didn't submit.
So... when will the discussion tab appear after I join in and when will the ability to edit moderated comments and add categories appear after I join in?

Those abilities are reserved for veteran users (i.e. those who have been here for 6 months)
