I'd keep the pattern of a 3 syllable name, a 2 syllable name, all names classic and have versions in Czech.
Nicholas Adam "Nick"
Alexander Stephen "Alex"
Theodore William "Ted" or "Theo"
David Alexander "Dave" (It reverses the syllable pattern but I really like its flow)
Elizabeth Alice "Liz"
Emily Christine "Em"
Julia Helen "Jules"
Patricia Suzanne "Trish"
