Tullia is lovely. It gives me warm nostalgia for junior high school - I don't remember why, but a few of my friends and I decided we should have "code names" and the ones I remember were Tullia, Araceli, and Sulamith. There were more people involved but I can't remember what they picked. So Tullia makes me smile.
Of your combos, I love Tullia Amy VERY much, Tullia Frances, Tullia Mary, Tullia Constance, and Tullia Jane. I think Tullia shines with a more sedate middle name to keep her from floating away.
