[Opinions] Re: Tullia
in reply to a message by Wordsmith
Ooh, I think it's a very interesting and gorgeous name; one of those forgotten, historical beauties. I also heard someone (near me) named their daughter Tullip, and I think that Tullia is a much nicer name!!
Of your combinations, I love:
Tullia Rachel
Tullia Susanna
Tullia Francesca
Tullia Frances
Tullia Constance
Tullia Renata
Tullia Minerva
Tullia Agnes
Tullia Catherine
Tullia Ingrid
Tullia Inez
Tullia Roxane (If it were Roxanne, I'd put that before Rachel!).
Other names that I enjoy, but I don't like the repetitive "ee" sounds in the combos, unfortunately:
Dorothy
Mary
Cecily / Cecilia
Amy (I LOVE how this honors your mom, and I find it very sweet that you include it! The "ee" sound is just too repetitive for me here. But, I do truly love this name; it's short, spunky, timeless, and no-nonsense)
Regina
Nadine
Irene
