Call me oldfashioned, but the only ones that look like girl names to me are Fleur and Hedwig, of which I prefer Fleur. It seems to have been adopted by Anglophone parents more than Hedwig, which is fine in a German context but could be deliberately misunderstood elsewhere.

I rather think you're alone there. Certainly not in Germany, and I doubt whether Harry Potter had a trans owl.
Ah, I've never read Harry Potter, so that must be why. Never heard of the owl.
