Baylor - so bad, it's funny! "Person employed to empty excess water from lifeboat", perhaps?
Vienna - where I live, it's both a sausage and a capital city. Not human at all.
Sadie - the cleaning lady
Paloma - fine, no doubt, in its natural habitat; I prefer Pamela
Kara - why use a K, I wonder? Cara is trite but accurate

Madeline, a bulletproof classic, can't go wrong.
Elsie, cutish but insubtatial.
Ava, lovely.
Andi, just a nn, weak and shapeless.
Zaniyah, nice enough.
Baylor, horrible, shouldn't be a given name for anyone, most especially not a girl.
Vienna, pretentious, a wannabe clasic. Isn't.
Sadie, the least attractive nn for Sarah.
Paloma, nice enough.
Kara, nice enough.

Madeline - Beautiful, but harmless. Seems like a "safe" choice
Elsie - Nicknames aren't my thing, but Elsie is cute
