Literally, there is no reason they needed two different names! I'd take the UK names any day, except I do prefer Isabelle over Imogen.

I agree, I’m not sure why they changed most of the names. For some it was to be consistent with alliteration, such as Francesca the Football Fairy vs Stacey the Soccer Fairy, but for the most part the changes didn’t seem very necessary.
