Not big enough for this list, but Lainey went up 120 spots and is now in the top 100.
Most Tonys I know are named Anthony, Antoine, etc., so I'm surprised it was that popular as a standalone name.
Rising: I like Cassian, Elio, and Elowyn (but prefer Elowen). Izael is intriguing too.
Falling: I like Justice, Marcellus, Zandaya, and Natasha. Angelique is also pretty. I'm surprised Tony fell by so much.
The only ones I like fellNatasha
Angelique

I like Cassian and Elio from the boys that rose, and Chosen is a bit of a guilty pleasure. I like the girls less, but the best in my opinion would be Miley, Halo (guilty pleasure), Maisy and Elowyn.
From the ones that fell, I like Leighton, Justice (GP) and Bellamy from the boys, and Angelique, Zendaya, Kai and Bria from the girls.
For the girls I definitely prefer the names that fell, while for the boys I prefer the ones that rose.
It seems like Elowyn is going to be the "Americanized" variant of Elowen (like Gwendolyn vs. Gwendolen). While I do like the sound and meaning of Zendaya, I feel like that's a very one-person name. Same with Charlize (outside of South Africa).
I remain bewildered by Scottie...Where did Adhara come from??
Adhara is originally the name of a star (the celestial object), but probably is now being used as a baby name because it is the name of characters in several popular video games, including Final Fantasy XiV: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/character/44372309Scottie is at least partly from the character played by actress Abigail Spencer on the TV lawyer drama "Suits." The character's official name is Dana Scott, but she is usually called by the nickname Scottie.https://suits.fandom.com/wiki/Dana_Scott

Thanks for this context! I was aware of Adhara's stellar origins but unaware of any contemporary references.
