[Opinions] Aura Silver (FN/LN)
•WDYT of the FN/LN combo Aura Silver?
•Does it flow together?
•What type of person do you imagine when you hear this name?Note: It’s for a character in a story.

It doesn't flow well as a first and last name. If its for a fantasy you could always combine the names together as one name; Silvaura, Auvrail, Veraura, Auravera, Silaura, Silra ect.
I kind of really hate itIt just sounds too charactery and fake!
Seems more like a fictional character or a stage name than a real person's name.
Sounds like "or a silver". The flow isn't great, I agree that it feels bumpy. It comes across as being very manufactured, very self aware.I picture someone who came up with the name themselves and really wishes they were the main character in an anime. A very sensitive, prickly teenager who is desperate for magic and meaning in their life. Possibly a goth type, like Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way or whatever her name was. Maybe she's got a super popular YouTube channel about "Subliminals" that are supposed to be able to change your eye colour or allow you to shift to the Supernatural universe, and she calls herself Aura Silver on there.
I don't think it flows well sounds a bit bumpy both 2 syllables same ending sound
It's great for a fictional character, that was my first impression. It flows well, too. I see a swordswoman in practical armor. She either has Rapunzel length hair, or a pixie cut. She's got valor and some all-or-nothing tastes.
I know it's a false etymology, but I can't help associating Aura with aurum and therefore with gold. And this appears very odd, teamed up with
Silver. I don't expect to see it on a real person; I'd expect to see it as the name of a character in a book I'd be unlikely to read. I realise that sounds harsh, but it is my opinion. As for the flow, try Aura Taylor. That seems OK.
I agree with Anneza. I “struggle” too that both names are words. Aura (a symptom) and silver (a metal).
I dated a guy with the surname Silver once, so I jump to his family. I’d imagine a short girl with dark curly hair and an entitled outlook on life. The words aura and silver rhyme in my accent so the flow is off for me.
