Ditto on Jocelyn. Maybe it’s because I’ve never met one irl but it seems unappealing to me and I’m always surprised when I see it on a list.
I also don’t get why Liam is number one. I understand it sounds nice and all but is it really THAT great? How does it appeal to so many different parents? I don’t get it.

My guess is it seems like a modern form of William. It also helps that a One Direction member has the name.
