I used to dislike Tiffany when I was a (young) child; I thought the "f" sounds were "stuffy". However, now it's one of my most favorite girl names (and I've loved it for years now).
As for a name that I used to like, but now dislike? I'll say Hendrix. I thought that the "x" was cool, but if anything, I prefer Hendrick. I also used to think that it was unisex, too (now, I can only see it as exclusively masculine. I don't know why I thought so).

I used to think of Mary and Cheryl as dreadfully dull and plain. They just sounded like nothing in my ears. Then suddenly I heard these passé, outmoded names used on bright-faced little girls (Mary was in a movie, Cheryl was in a book) and it's like something suddenly clicked in my head. I saw the innocence and beauty in the names, they came off as very sweet and fitting to the characters. After running Mary and Cheryl through my mind's voice a little longer, I finally saw the appeal.
Sometimes it takes a new perspective to refresh a name for you.
To the opposite, I used to absolutely love Octavia, Elizabeth, and Amelia once. They all eventually lost their spark and now come off as humdrum to me.

I used to not like Hermione, Chandler, Irene, Maeve, Bronwyn, Darby, and Gayla because I thought they sounded unattractive. I used to not like Geoffrey and Neveah because their spellings bothered me a lot. I started liking Bertha when I found out that it was pronounced BEHR-ta in German. I only like that pronunciation for it. I started liking Lorraine when I found it was pronounced "luh-rayn".
The names that I dislike, I've always disliked them. I try not to let silly things put me off names that I already like.

I totally agree about Bertha! In Afrikaans the pronunciation is like the German, and my mother-in-law, from an Afrikaans family, used it until she grew up and joined an accounting firm which happened to have mostly English staff. Then she changed to BERTHa and married my completely bilingual father-in-law. I never knew her, she died when her son (my husband) was five, and though she seems to have been a splendid person, I do regret her choice of name.

Actually, as of now, I'm not sure why I actively dislike it. But there are some names that have fallen out of favor: Alan, Blair, Daisy, Ellen, Harley, Hazel, Kendall, Patrice, Seth, Sylvia, Violet, Zoe
Bonus: 360-degree name (name that I loved, then disliked, and then came to love again)
For me that would be Jeffrey. I actually liked it, but it was one of those names I couldn't stand for a while, but once I acknowledged it, I started liking it again.
