[Opinions] Some nostalgia - Behindthename's favorite names in the year 2000
I've been feeling nostalgic. 2000 is a bit early for me, but I used the waybackmachine to look up how the website used to look and tried the earliest date that had been saved.I found the list of the favorite boys and girls names of 2000. The users were able to vote by writing an email with their top 3 favorites for boys and girls.I know we used to have more recent lists (using the favorites of the month data) done by Rachel Shaina, I miss those, I think I haven't seen them in a while.Anyway, here they are. Any surprises?Michael (138)

Overall, it has a 1990s to 2000s feel, and to be honest, I love it. So I became curious about how much people's tastes are influenced by trends.
OMG, they definitely need to bring that back!!None of this is surprising to me at all, except I'm pleasantly surprised that the Caitlin spelling got so many votes (unless spellings were combined).
