Comically mismatched.
Not a fan of either name, and putting them together makes it worse.
I think it's really cute, although it does sound like a first name-last name. If this name was in a full combo, like Winifred Piper Bailey, it would look very upper crust. Which isn't bad, it just makes Piper look extra surnamey, maybe because Winifred is a rather posh, formal name.
They do not match, I am not a fan of either name.

I really like Winifred. While I appreciate the appeal of using a more common and perky middle name with older, heavier first name, Piper isn't a favorite of mine although I like it more than Harper. As a another poster mentioned, Winfred Piper does have a nice flow.

Besides strongly disliking both names on their own, the combo is weirdly mismatched in style. Winifred is extremely dated and uncommon even during its peak period, with a heavy, somber, Old English sound. Piper is extremely trendy, cutesy and almost puppy-like. They just don't match or even complement each other.
I adore Winifred but don’t care for Piper.
Winifred Piera would be lovely.

Don't like it or either name
