Names with more than a few unnecessary letters like Mckenzeigh, Jayceon or Maybelline. McKenzie, Jayson and Mabeline would be better. I don't dislike spellings for being unique or different, I just don't like consonant clusters.
Names with nasal sounds, like Ainsley.
English names spelled with Ae rather than Ay or Ai. Kae and not Kay. AE looks really foreign to me, and not in an exotic way.

Awww, I agree with most of this but I think Maybelline is a beautiful name. Mabeline is much less appealing to me, personally. I generally prefer double Ls.
