I dunno, a non-nerd like me can't read those four-letter categories as meaningful, and isn't interested in looking it up. Maybe if you use the archetype names, instead of the initials ... like a "poet" or "mediator" or "architect" personality type, or whatever the types are you're asking about.
If I were using these names for characters, I'd make
Hannah the most extroverted and resilient one,
Cassandra most creative and generous,
Sylvie most sensitive and ambitious. I don't know if that represents agreement or disagreement with you.
