I wouldn't have paired them together, personally
Crystal and Wade; Brock; Octavio; Reed; Skylar etc (found in 1982 data where Crystal was at #9)
Larry and Sandra; Ruth; Doris; Wanda; Patsy etc (found in 1947 data where Larry was at #10)
Edit: My boyfriend said that he thinks Crystal as a stripper name ("I know you don't" he quickly interjected to me - because I see it more as a hippie name) and the only Larry he knows of is Leisure Suit Larry. He said these names are "not off to a good start"
