I actually prefer Delphinia or Delphinium because I like to make things overly complicated lol

Names usually seem more formal to me in Latin, so I'll say Delphina looks more royal. I think it's also a shade more cutesy because I hear Fina that way.

I don't think one is more sexy or mysterious than the other.

Delphina is imo much more feminine, sexy, mysterious, and royal-sounding than Delphine.

Delphine is more cute than Delphina.

I don't find either of them seductive and/or royal, but I do prefer Delphine.
