I am pretty sure it does not. There are a couple of actresses from India named Tina (Tina Ambani and Tina Datta), and their names in Hindi are spelled टीना (ṭīnā). This does not mean anything in Hindi or Sanskrit. For other words potentially transcribed as Tina, there's only टिन (ṭina) and टीन (ṭīna), both meaning "tin; cannister." The most plausible alternate etymology I can think of would be Arabic تينة (tīnah) meaning "fig tree" which would most likely be written as तीना (tīnā). The only name usage I could find of this spelling, though, was some dubious information on name sites pointing to a masculine usage referring to a god (one apparently so obscure it does even appear on a Wikipedia list). However, English is widespread and fairly popular in India, so I think the vast majority (if not all) of these cases would be from English.
