What do you think of spelling Ora as Aura? Still pronounced oh-ra not ah-ra. I know someone who is thinking of doing this and it kind of makes sense to me, because I like the sound/meaning of Ora but not the look... what do you guys think?

I'm very much for it. I have Aura on my list, and as a nickname for some of my favourites with the 'or' sound. I found that I love the sound, but hate the spelling (way too reminiscent of oral. Luckily Aura has the same pronunciation, is an actual word/name, and has a nice meaning and vibe, so presents the perfect solution imo.

I know an Aura. It would be my preferred spelling. I hadn't really thought about being able to spell her name Ora, but it doesn't look right.

I quite like Aura, it’s a good name. I don’t like Ora very much, add l at the end and see what you get.

Aura is one of my favorites.

Ora is kinda okay. It reminds me of Rita Ora.

I think Aura is better, Ora seems like it could potentially have a little bit of bullying potential due to it's similarities to "oral" imo.
