Yes I like it (discovered it in Pride & Prejudice). Not enough to use as a first name but good enough for a middle name.
I would pick Georgiana. Georgia is too much of a state/country name (and also lacks something) and Georgina has a very prissy vibe as someone else also said. I also like Georgette.
In movie/tv I’ve heard it pronounced jor-JAYN-uh or jor-JYAHN-uh I think.
