I think Lettice & Beatrice go together well
Charlotte I like but it will be letty & lottie which isn't so great for nicknames

With Lettice I kind of want to go for Lavinia, but being less samey, maybe Honoria. For twins I'd choose Pandora & Artemis.

I would name twin girls either Tessa and Nadia or Morgan and Taylor. Based on your criteria, how about Rosina, Imogen, or Amity as a twin for Lettice?

Lettice’s twin sister would be Rosamund. Other options would be Camille, Cecily, or Elinor. Right now I would name twin girls Nerys and Bronwen.
