I prefer the Latinate forms Sybilla and Sibylla and German/French Sybille and Sibylle. If I had to choose one, it would be Sybilla because it has an more organised look.
Out of those two, I prefer Sibyl due to it being the original spelling, however I appreciate that Sybil is the most popular and practical one, but I like the former more.
