I dislike it as it is but I do like Sybella, and tolerate Sybelle. Sybil just always makes me think of the tragic character with multiple personalities, as well as beinf very old fashioned in a Dusty way.
Sibyl is how I would instinctively spell it like the word, but either is fine as they both have been in use for a long time.
Sibyl is cute, although it does remind me of an older woman who wears lots of cardigans.
Sibyl Jane
Sibyl Irene
Sibyl Rose
Sibyl Imogen
Sibyl Carina
Sibyl Claudia
Sibyl Miranda
Sibyl Zoe
Sibyl Victoria

I prefer the Latinate forms Sybilla and Sibylla and German/French Sybille and Sibylle. If I had to choose one, it would be Sybilla because it has an more organised look.
Out of those two, I prefer Sibyl due to it being the original spelling, however I appreciate that Sybil is the most popular and practical one, but I like the former more.

My oldest favorite name. I’ve loved this name for an eternity (my spelling of choice is Sybil).
I quite like it; not enough to use but close.
I prefer Sibyl; the Latin/Greek link pleases me.
