I don't care for them. If I had to pick something along those lines, I'd go with Lexi.

Out of those listed I guess I’d go with Alexa. I happen to really like Alexandra though.

Too bad you're not a fan of Alexandra, it's a far better name than the following:

Alexa - too associated with the AI device.
Lexa - too incomplete.
Alexia - an acquired disorder (can't read or comprehend written language).

Alexandra is too long for everyday use. Fine as a mn, though.

Alexa would be my choice; I don't care about talking phones. I know an Alexa Kirsten, which is pretty amazing since she was born in the early 1950s; she's been complimented on her name all her life, she says.

Alexia is a very sad condition in which the patient has a cerebral condition which causes them to be unable to read. That puts me right off.
