Not a fan of Celestina but I like Pearl, Maude, Amy, and Audrey.
I like it. Celestino was the name of my granduncle, and obviously the feminine form reminds me of him. I like Celestina Agnes, Celestina Luisa, and Celestina Barbara.
I don't like it. It's ostentatious and sounds like what a five year old would name her ballerina Barbie doll. Celestina Mary is my favourite. Celestina needs a warm name to ground her. Celestina is like... A cold pink?? While Mary is a warm and dusty pink if that makes sense. Like, I want to like Celestina Frances but Frances is a pale pistachio green which makes the whole combo faded. And Maud is also a dusty pink but a cold one.

Celestina Frances and Celestina Ruth are beautiful! I think it is too fussy for daily use; I had a Celeste colleague who found her name horribly sentimental and made everyone call her Sally. What she would have made of Celestina or Celestine, I dare not imagine.
A lot of your combos work well in reverse order. Amy Celestina, for instance, really shines. I quite see why you tend to go for options ending in -a, but to my non-Italian eyes and ears, they're a bit much. Celestina Louise is good; Margaret Celestina; Barbara Celestina; Rosemary Celestine?

I think it's a hair too fussy. I think I prefer Celestine.
I don’t think it’s too fussy at all. It’s beautiful, although the tina at the end is too obvious for me to give it 10/10. The tina ending pulls it back down to earth very solidly. It would be great as a middle name.
From your combos I think these work well:
Celestina Mary
Celestina Pearl
Celestina Ruth
Celestina Violet
Celestina Rosa
Celestina Margaret
Celestina Matilda is too clashy to my ears. Celestina Amy is a lovely honouring combo, very soft.

Celestina Amy is perfect.
Wow imagine being named Celestina Amy. Unfair to the rest of us
Idk man... if I had a student named Celestina I would be pretty happy about it.
I like it with... Olga, Rosa, Maude alllmost, Mary, Barbara. It seems to consciously reframe Olga and Barbara which is cool.
I don't like it with Louisa, too babbly. Or Milena or Matilda.
