Can anyone from Germany tell me if these names are popular and how are they perceived?

I personally like: Silvester, Wilhelmina, Viktor and Rupert.

I also think that Hartmann, Kriemhild and Stefan are interesting but I would not use them.

Of the masculine, I prefer Viktor and Silvester. The feminine, I love Elise and Lene.

When I think of a German names I most enjoy, I usually think of the out of dated classics, but I'm not German or even European for that matter so I'm not exposed to the naming culture as often. I could stand to research it more though since I'm mostly of German heritage.
