Helene came to mind first.
Then Eloise, Elise, Elowen, Eowyn.
Sabine, Seraphine, Evangeline, Marjorie, Lillian, Irene, Vivienne.
Or a nature/flower/virtue name would fit...
Ivy, Iris, Rose, Rosemary, Primrose, Azalea, Daisy, Marigold, Zinnia, Saffron, Willow, Hazel, Holly, Savannah, Pearl, Opal, Topaz, Temperance, Patience, Hope...
Any classic/popular masculine would work for a brother. Felix, Gabriel, Benjamin maybe, or something kind of sensitive/serious like Francis, Octavian, Yves, or a nature related name: Robin, River, Rowan, Oleander, Peregrine, Brooks. Or something romantic like Tristan.
