I love this name!

Pretty and fun to say. Maybe a bit unusual, but it'd make a great middle name if it's too out-there as a FN. I like it. And although the story is tragic, the meaning of "kingfisher" is so pretty, I love it. I live by rivers with parks/walkways and sometimes you get lucky on a walk and see kingfishers about their business - I love it, they're so cute and pretty, and it's nice seeing people who don't know there are kingfishers here get all excited too. So yeah, wish the mythology was less sad, because otherwise it'd be a solid name all round, pretty look, pretty sound, pretty meaning.
